- Bacon: 100 grams
- Glass Noodles: 1 pack
- Sliced Old Ginger: 1 knob
- Water: 1 cup
- Light Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Black Pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Celery: 1 stalk
- Coriander Roots: 3 roots
Direction
1. **Prepare the Noodles**: Soak the glass noodles in water until soft. Drain and mix with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
2. **Cook the Bacon**: Heat a pan and fry the bacon until the fat renders out. Remove the fried bacon and set it aside on a paper towel to drain. Keep the rendered bacon fat for later use.
3. **Assemble and Bake**:
- In a pot or baking dish, layer the bottom with the fried bacon pieces.
- Add the sliced ginger and coriander roots on top of the bacon.
- Place the marinated glass noodles over the ginger and coriander roots.
- Drizzle the reserved bacon fat over the noodles.
- Top with chopped celery.
- Cover the pot or dish and bake for 10 minutes.
4. **Serve**: Once done, serve hot and enjoy!
