2. Egg Noodles

10. Soy sauce

13. Ginger

Preparing the condiments:
- Corn starch dissolved in boiled water.
- Boiled water    


method  
1. Heat the pan. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. When it's hot Stir in the three spices until they smell good.
2. Add soy sauce, soybean paste, and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir well.
3. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar, stir well throughout the pan.
4. Put the TGM smoked chicken thighs into the pan.
5. Add shiitake mushrooms and five spice powder.
6. Add water to the pan.
7. Add the chopped ginger.
