	- 1White rice vermicelli
 
	- 2TGM Smoked Bacon
 
	- 3Chopped bird’s eye chili
 
	- 4Chopped jinda chili

 Instructions
	- 1Heat a pan until hot, then add the smoked bacon and fry until the fat renders out. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
 
	- 1Add chopped Jinda chili and bird’s eye chili. Stir-fry until the aroma comes through.
 
	- 1Add the pre-soaked soft vermicelli and toss well with the bacon and chilies.
